Quick tips that can improve your blood circulation
1. Diet and health supplements
A balanced diet rich in vitamin B, C, D and E will be helpful. However, if you find that you are not getting sufficient sources from your food, try taking a vitamin supplement if that is a comfortable idea to you.
2. Exercise
Increases heart function, increased heart function means that you naturally breathe more; more oxygen intake means there is more oxygen and nutrients available for cells in the body. Exercise increases your heart rate which in turn means that your circulation increases and that oxygen and nutrient supply to the cells also increase.
3. Massage
Due to the physical manipulation of soft tissue and also the chemicals released in our bodies as part of the relaxation response, massage increases the circulation of blood. Lymphatic massages help to propel lymph through the vessels to lymph nodes and then beyond the lymph nodes to the lymph ducts which return lymph to the cardiovascular system.
